Limitation of Refunds

Due to the custom nature of digital media, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered and content delivered, except in cases of proven technical failure on our part.

If a client believes a refund may be warranted, they are encouraged to contact us directly so their concerns can be reviewed and discussed in a timely and professional manner.

Terms of Service

By booking with Tailored Imaging, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our booking system or approved communication channels. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

Weather-related reschedules (for exterior or aerial work) are allowed at no additional charge and will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.

3. Property Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled time.

If the property is not ready upon arrival, additional fees may apply or the appointment may be canceled without refund.

4. Creative Style & Editing

By booking, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed our portfolio and agree to our creative style, composition, and editing approach.

Requests for extensive retouching, object removal, or edits beyond standard deliverables may incur additional fees.

5. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

Photos, videos, and other media will be delivered digitally via online gallery or download link.

Standard turnaround time is [24–72 hours], excluding weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

6. Usage Rights & Licensing

All media produced by Tailored Imaging is licensed to the Client for:

Marketing the photographed property

MLS listings

Personal agent branding related to that listing

Media may not be:

Sold, transferred, or shared with third parties (builders, stagers, designers, other agents, etc.) without written permission

Used for paid advertising by third parties

Tailored Imaging retains full copyright to all content.

7. Aerial & Drone Services

Drone services are subject to:

FAA regulations

Weather conditions

Airspace restrictions

Property accessibility

If drone footage cannot be captured due to legal or safety restrictions, the aerial portion of the package will be refunded or substituted at our discretion.

8. Liability

The Client affirms that they have permission to photograph and record the property and accepts responsibility for securing pets, valuables, and property access.

Tailored Imaging is not responsible for:

Property damage not caused by direct negligence

Delays due to weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control

9. Archiving

We do not guarantee long-term storage of delivered media. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files upon receipt.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Tailored Imaging, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Schedule and provide photography, videography, and marketing services

Communicate with you about bookings, updates, or promotions (if you opt in)

Process payments securely via Stripe

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except where necessary to provide services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing) or as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure storage and restricted access. While no system is 100% secure, we take your privacy seriously and strive to safeguard your personal data.

You have the right to:

Access the information we hold about you

Request corrections to any inaccurate information

Request deletion of your personal data (except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or business purposes)
